Rebecca Bradner Rebecca Bradner will assumes day to day responsibility for the Daily Herald in Roanoke Rapids NC effective September 20, 2017.  Bradner has been with Wick since 2014 and is just concluding that role as the Green Valley (AZ) publisher. Wick will begin a nationwide search to hire a publisher in Roanoke Rapids. Titus Workman has taken a new position in Louisiana.
