The Argus Observer located in Ontario, Oregon, an award- winning Newspaper published 5 days a week plus the award-winning weekly newspaper The Independent Enterprise located in Payette, Idaho are looking for an Advertising Manager to aggressively lead our sales staff.
The ideal candidate will manage a clientele list, have the responsibility for growing advertising revenue, monthly P&L, understanding of all aspects of the marketing and sales process. Must possess good oral and written communications skills. Personal ability to lead and motivate a sales team by passionately guiding them to achieve monthly goals, implement monthly and annual sales plans and promotions, establishing sales and maintaining a vibrant sales team, administering the marketing of the our newspaper and all special sections produced by the Argus Observer. Required 5 years experience in sales and marketing, Bachelor degree preferred.
