Territorial Newspapers, the publishers of Inside Tucson Business, is seeking a dynamic outside sales professional for its weekly business journal. This position will be responsible for but not limited to local and regional sales activities, from lead generation through closing in the Tucson market. Develops and implements agreed upon marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the print and digital area. Works with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

We are seeking an aggressive sales professional with previous B2B sales and marketing.

What you need to apply:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred
• 2-5 years experience preferably in B2B sales and marketing
• Motivated salesperson with history of above-goal sales performance
• Ability to develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking
• Ability to maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of CRM to maximize territory potential
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards is preferred
