Hurricane Isaac is slowly moving northwest

This is a photo taken toward the front of the second story condo in which Bill and J Kennon live. They live on the North Shore of Lake Pontchartrain.

Hurricane Isaac is slowly moving northwest.

Laplace and Bogalusa are without power, about half of St. Tammany is without power.  The storm has yet to reach New Iberia but will later today.

The biggest concern now is the high amounts of rain expected especially in the Laplace, Bogalusa and St. Tammany areas, which are on the east side of the storm.

All personnel are OK.
