Congratulations, Larry, on 35 years of service


The Argus Observer in Ontario, OR, held a manager-sponsored barbecue June 1 to recognize Argus Observer reporter Larry Meyer for 35 years of service. Meyer began with the Argus Observer in May of 1977 and has continued in his position since that time. Meyer has covered everything from schools and education to business, and agriculture to city government during his tenure at the Argus. His years of service have made him a well-loved and respected member of the community. The Ontario Chamber of Commerce honored Meyer in 2009 as its Man of the Year. Congratulations, Larry, on 35 years of service.
